Independent Living Centre of Waterloo Region : In-Home Respite program provides attendants for temporary relief for primary caregivers.  This service is available to individuals 16 years and over with disabilities.  Application and assessment is required.  For further information, call:  519-571-6788 or visit their website:  www.ilcwr.org

Community Support Connections offers One-on-one volunteer visitors that provide friendship and social contact once a week.   They also provide respite care, Meals on Wheels delivery services, home support services and escorted transportation for medical appointments.  Service is available to adults with physical disabilities who live in Kitchener-Waterloo.
