MS Society of Canada Flag Raising- May 1st, 2012
The Flag Raising Event was held on May 1st, 2012 which was a kick off to MS Awareness Month as well as the Carnation Campaign, scheduled for May 10th-12th, and is a beloved tradition at the MS Society of Canada.
At this event the Thunder Bay Chapter's 2012 Honorary Chair, Pat Lang, awarded Jane Greshuk as Mother of the Year. Jane is an active supporter of the Thunder Bay MS Society and graciously contributes her time to volunteer in the community.

10th Annual Valentine’s Dinner Dance and Silent Auction
held at the Italian Cultural Center,
Saturday February 13th
6:00PM -1:00AM
Was a huge success.The event was sold out with 350 attending. A gigantic MS thank-you goes out to our dynamic duel organizers: Frances and Vince Fragale
and their two beautiful daughters Kristen(top right) and Carolyn(top left). The event made $21,000.00 so far
Volunteer Appreciation night: Sunday February 21st.
It was a fun night. The food was great and the company could not have been better.

Wendy Ferris-Volunteer of the Year
Wendy has been a faithful volunteer for the last 40 years. Most recently she was Public Relations Director for the Board. She retired her postion in November. We all miss her great smile and positive attitude.
